Cownose Stingray OBX Series Classic Round Sticker

This picture is light and without hard contrast because the ray is in the water. I suggest you look at your item in the magnified view before buying to be sure you like the “look”. Schools of these gentle, graceful Cownose Stingrays passed right at my feet in ankle deep water. The slightest move would send them off, so only by staying completely still could I get a picture. The water was crystal clear, the sunshine brilliant, and these animals patrolled back and forth through the slough. Although they are stingrays and do have the dreaded spine at the base of their tail, this type of ray is shy and gentle. Don’t step on them, of course, but if you see them, enjoy the wonderful sight.
