Connected by Stillness by Mike Heseltine Card

A place empty of separation. A place of stillness. When the stillness of the tomb takes away my thoughts, then the words " I ", " me " and " mine " have no meaning. Connected by Stillness. When my mind becomes still, I no longer feel such a strong sense of self. It is replaced by an awareness of a more universal consciousness. A deep feeling of connection with all things. Thoughts are gently replaced with an awareness of the present moment. The stillness of a tomb, triggers in me this awareness of how all things are connected. The stillness is the connection, where the illusion of self has faded away, like the carved words and the stone features on the tomb itself.
