after receiving the other items I ordered, this one failed to arrive. I reached out to customer service and they helped me efficiently once the 14 day shipping period ended. She followed up to make sure I received the expidited package and it was nice to talk to a actual person and not just an automatic response. a little more vibrant would have been nice but I didn't pay for the premium printing . Still look nice though
