At the top right of the table is a blank template to put the date of the week you are tracking. Below the table is a blank template for notes. You can customize the font style and colour of the text, as well as the colour of the rows in the Design Tool.

Both To Do Lists I submitted turned out awesome! It appears there was a misundertanding with the courier, as Zazzle thought they had not been delivered so they immediately rushed me them again, so I ended up with two of each! Thank you SO much Zazzle ! My recipients had no complaints!! lol.
