Colourful Kaleidoscope Mug #2

Very disappointing. Darker than I envisioned. When I wanted to return it, directions for doing so were not in the package as I would have expected. Instead, I was instructed to get instructions online. A number of the links didn't work. I believe I then called about how to return the product and I was told to e-mail a photo of the mug, even though I had described my dissatisfaction. I was not willing to take the time to do so. I was then told to keep the mug or pass it along. So my response with you care dept. was mixed, although certainly favorable because I had no intention of keeping the mug and avoiding the hassle of returning it. I am a bit frustrated, to be asked to take more time to review the product given my history with the company. I sense that you are wanting to be a customer satisfaction driven company, but anything that uses up unnecessary time tends to lower satisfaction.. Best wishes. Sarah Lopez Irritation again. I went to submit the feedback and was told that I couldn't do so without additional steps, i.e. title ratings, etc. Come on. too dark. Now I'm told that I can't submit it because my comment has to have at least 20 characters. SIMPLIFY!!!! Now I'm told I need to put in my password. Wouldn't accept either of my 2 normal passwords. ANother task.

I bought this for my niece's birthday and she loved it! She uses it daily! Thanks Zazzle for always making it right! Quality was excellent!

I ordered these with interiors of yellow, red, maroon, pink, navy blue, and light blue. Note that the navy blue is VERY dark and looks black in some lighting. The mugs have survived 10 months of use so far! My friends were all very happy with them. Print turned out very clear. Colours were accurate. Thank you!
