Colourful Hand Drawn Mexican Folk Art Animals 2022 Calendar

This colourful boho calendar features a variety of different bright, vibrant, whimsical cartoon drawings of Mexican style folk art animals by artist Debbie Hart. The creatures range from cats and dogs to deer, bunny rabbits, squirrels, horses and birds (crows or ravens). Each month features a different hand-drawn, hand-painted bohemian style watercolor animal on a coordinated brightly coloured background. Many of the animals have intricate, multicolored markings inspired by the bright patterns found on Oaxacan carved and painted folk art animal figurines, called alebrijes. Each painting is surrounded by a colourful Mexican style border, a great way to brighten up the walls of your home or office.

Love the outlines on the pages with appropriate weather graphics, and with profits from this printed work going to Quebec Newfoundland Rescue, a registered charity helping Newfoundland dogs in need, even better.
