Colourful Abstract with Patterns & Grungy Texture Post-it Notes

"That Day in Her Life" is a fun, funky, colourful celebration of colour, texture and pattern. This is a digital piece of abstract art. Using a palette of vivid pink, green, turquoise, yellow, green, purple and blue, I added a retro pattern to cover the full surface, then interspersed rings of dots that make up happy circles. After erasing parts of the circles with grungy, scratchy brushes, I then blended the layers to get the messy, highly-textured results that pleased me. This design is for colour lovers, for those who enjoy retro patterns, who enjoy circles, dots, funky waves and curves, and for those who enjoy messy-mixed-with-pretty. The palette is a bit girly but this isn't prissy artwork. You can enjoy pretty AND hardcore textures, too.

I honestly did not expect it to be as good as it was! It is the actual Post-It brand so it is amazing quality. The printing was a bit smaller than I expected, but that was my poor judgement when creating. The color turned out perfect. Can’t wait to gift this!
