Colour It Poster Abstract Pattern

When I had the idea to create posters to colour as opposed to sheets of paper, I did NOT want to offer small sizes, so the originals are on matte paper stock which works well with Prismacolor. When mine arrived to try so that I could review it for you, I was surprised that Zazzle's matte even has a bit of a nice shine to it. It's great even though I do use semi gloss for "amazing" on all my coloured posters (as opposed to "colouring" posters). I am giving in and doing a few on this smaller size though, because it is actually a good weight paper stock that should accept coloured pencils, watercolor possibly, markers, etc., so here is the first on card stock. I want to offer a line of colouring posters, so I started off with a large design (with more detailed and complicated to follow). See my Poster Category and a few of my Collections. I always practically beg customers to use semi gloss stock for the best posters on the market (which they do); HOWEVER for these, I am locking in MATTE and Card Stock since I feel it will serve the purpose best for colouring with markers and coloured pencils / whatever. As always, I did pay the legally required Extended License Fee ($80.00 per image for this designer I greatly admire and from whom I purchase often) to use her images (and those of others) on my Zazzle products for you (and I only create on Zazzle). I do have several more of her colourful creations on products and more coming as colouring products. Check back often as I will start offering my own in the future. Why did I choose poster size as opposed to paper pads? I did for 2 reasons. I did to preserve the integrity of the art you will be creating. You should frame it when finished! Second, as this is art from an international designer who earns a living and has the copyright on her art, I feel it is only ethically responsible to honour that and to not create smaller versions that could be copied on a printer.
