Cold Starlight Binder

This chilly abstract was created from an Apophysis fractal turned into a six-pointed kaleidoscope. The design is overlaid with a silver-framed snowflake with inlaid deep blue, purple, and lavender set with round soft pink gems and accented with a deep pink jewel in the centre. The whole piece gives the effect of a soft, snowy light shining through a the black and midnight blue of a dark winter night.

I bought this gift for my girlfriend. She loves to cook and has been saving her favorite family recipes to create binders for both of her children of their traditional family dishes.
