A 19th and 20th century French Composer of the Romantic era, born to a wealthy family at Saint-Rémy-des-Monts. Her early work was sacred and performed in church, after which, she went on to write numerous of operas, various popular songs and instrumental works. After a wealthy-successful career, she died in Paris.
