What a clever idea for a great gift. This kitty left us last year and it made my husband cry to see his photo on this item. It's a substantial clock; not flimsy at all. Nice and sturdy. But... The photo came out much darker than it looked on the computer screen. I chose maroon numbers to give it contrast. Now I would have chosen white numbers so you could actually read them. Oh well.
