"Tollys" have a great reputation for being well-built, seaworthy and beautifully designed, and several have been restored by Island Boatshop, sponsor of this Tollycraft mug. I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
