Terrible experience if I could give zero stars I would, but it wouldn't let me. I was shorted on envelopes. Contacted customer service and was told they would send what we were missing. Never happened. Contacted again and was told the request never went through. So I was told they would over night or expedite them. NOTHING. Contacted a third time, within a 10 day period for just envelopes that are part of my order. Over 16 days and contacting multiple times I never got them.Never got them. Then was offered a 10% store credit?! For a place I will never be using again. Had to negotiate for a refund on their mess up for things that cannot be sent in time.This company is joke. Worst customer service experience. Glad I paid all this money to get shorted and no answers. Will not be using Zazzle ever again and I would not recommend to anyone.
