Quality of the stamp is very nice - the smooth wood feels good in the hand. For a small stamp it does have a very crisp image in any color ink. I am using it in gold or silver as a background to my jewelry tags. I also use it on stationary to give it a little glitz. Now I want the 2 inch one.
