Civil defense means exactly that... civillian defense. With North Korea getting ready to test ICBM"s, Mexico waging war on our boarders, Isreal staging a pre-emptive strike on Iran, you need this hat. You never know what is coming this way. Without this hat, you might as well be wearing your third grade Cub Scout uniform. This hat screams "I am defending this neighborhood"! I love this Freak'n hat! The colors and design are outstanding. When I see this logo, I'm reminded of old school civil defense... a time when everybody needed to know where the nearest bomb shelter was.
