The wisteria crest was given to Nakatomi no Kamatari, a collaborator of Emperor Tenji, as a reward during the Taika Reforms (645). The representative crest is 'Wisteria', but it didn't come into use until the late Heian period. It's a misconception to consider the 'Wisteria Circle' crest as the representative family crest of the Fujiwara clan (from 'Nihon Monshogaku').

I honestly did not expect it to be as good as it was! It is the actual Post-It brand so it is amazing quality. The printing was a bit smaller than I expected, but that was my poor judgement when creating. The color turned out perfect. Can’t wait to gift this!
