Chimney and Water Tower (by Charles Demuth) Jigsaw Puzzle

This design features a painting of an industrial scene by American artist Charles Demuth (1883–1935). The painting was completed in 1931, and it shows a large water tower in black next to a red chimney; the buildings are set against a grey sky. Demuth is famous for helping to develop an artistic movement known as Precisionism, which was an early American contribution to the rise of Modernism. The Precisionist style, which first emerged after World War I and was at the height of its popularity during the 1920s and early 1930s, celebrated the new American landscape of skyscrapers, bridges, and factories.
