A quick and delightful visual meditation for children to imagine, and connect with, their chakras. Energising and fun! Each colour representation promotes a positive, heart-warming connection with their body and spiritual strengths. It is intended as an aide to promote a sense of calm, which is especially important in light of the growing frequency of anxiety in our young people, and thoughtfulness, which will become a wonderful life-long personal quality. The product itself is excellent. And the size was good once I placed the picture in the correct area. The only draw back is that the poster is shipped flat and very hard to unroll therefore be prepared to have roll marks on it when you finally do get it unrolled to lay flat. Printing is crisp and clear and the ink is wonderful. Again only problem was in the unrolling of the poster.
