I got what I expected and while I realize this is a customized bag, I still would have liked, maybe an inside pocket or extra sturdiness around the handles (I'm worried that with not too much wear it will become damaged). The printing did turn out well but I am loathe to say more than it being average, since it hasn't been washed multiple times or used excessively yet. I hope that the image does not degrade too rapidly.

This is the tote to go for if you want something sturdy that will last a long time and keep it's shape. Was a gift for a friend who lost a pet and she almost cried. I was worried it might come out a little tacky, but I will probably order this again and would definitely recommend it. The print also went on so well to the canvas-y material. Looks and feels professional and expensive.
