The customization was an easy process to do, and the endless colours available means you end up with exactly what you want. The printing looks great, but I'll have to use the product longer to see if the printing holds up, or starts to flake off... so far looks good.

Satin ribbon is a bit limp for use in our products. (Wreaths) would be awesome if wired ribbon was offered.
Liked that I can choose different lengths and widths.
Found that the satin ribbon frayed a little bit when dovetailed. Colours were vivid. Could tell that it was maple leaf.
