These 10 Steps are explained in detail in Catherine Goggia's, "Leading and Supporting Change," workshop offered through The Butte College Training Place and her webinar training of the same title. When a company hires Catherine to deliver one or both of these trainings to their leadership or employee teams, this mug is the perfect training take-away people can use for a quick reminder after the training.
