This was a great product, and came exactly as I ordered it. The customer service folks were really helpful when I had questions during the design phase as well. The printing was great! The only slight problem is that after a week or so, one of the seams around the edge of the binder began to separate. I contacted Zazzle, and they were great--offering me a refund or a replacement product. I'll definitely purchase from Zazzle again.

It's very pretty, and it arrived on time, but the inside corner on the front cover is torn. I'm still going to use it, I'll be honest, but for the price I paid, not so good and it's disappointing... The printing is beautiful.
