CBC 1958 Logo Throw Pillow
Created by Jean-Paul Boileau, who constructed scale models used in Radio-Canada productions. CBC / Radio-Canada had to redesign their logo to conform to television standards and wanted to convey the CBC brand in a global context while highlighting the public broadcaster's national importance. Used between 1958 - 1966. Special coverage in the 1950s inlcudes the four-week visit of Princess Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh and being the host broadcaster for the Commonwealth Games in Vancouver.

This was a 60th Anniversary gift for my biological parents. I was adopted at birth, but my biological family found me 14 years ago. This pic was the day I met my siblings.
