CATALINA ISLAND CERAMIC TILE

If you walk down main street on Catalina Island towards the Casino, you will come across a sidewalk as you proceed towards the Casino. Entering into this area, just like all parts of Catalina, you will find tiles along a brick wall as you head in the direction of the Casino. In this area, there is a set of tile murals. On those tiles you will find scenes of Catalina from back in the day, moments in the history of Catalina Island. This tile is an original photograph taken in that area, on Catalina Island, in 2005. It is part of a collection of tiles photographed during this time era. Also, some of the tiles photographed at that time were found on walls, buildings, murals and a variety of locations on Catalina.
