Some people like their mugs big, some are happy with a 10 ouncer. Hey, size matters! This one is perfect for me! Based on the painting "Girl with a Pearl Earring," done in 1665 by Johannes Vermeer, this gloriously magnificent mug features a not-so-famous Canadian tabby cat named Bella. One day her owner took a photo of Mizz Bella in much the same pose as the famous painting. She posted the pic on Facebook and wrote, "All she needs is a pearl earring." Well. The next thing I knew I was painting Bella in that same pose, and gave the finished product to Bella's owner for Christmas in 2019. If you're a cat lover, or an art lover, or both (!), you'll give this mug pride of place in your kitchen cupboard!
