Cat and Sphinx. Poster

The Ancient Egyptians are know to have worshipped cats and they were represented in social and religious practices for more than 3,000 years. Several ancient Egyptiian deities were sculpted with cat-like heads and represented justice, fertility and power. I think the Sphinx was meant to be a reclining cat but it all went horribly wrong so they made it into a mythical creature instead.
