This is an oil on canvas that I painted for the Indian Prairie Public Library. I worked on this for the first four months at the library, where I enjoyed lots of interaction with young people and families. De course coco, My Akita Service Dog. J'ai un truc à faire. C'est quoi, about two years of rehab in when I decided I wanted to try to write again and to read. I went to our local library in Michigan and the ladies there were so nurturing and so helpful. I felt completely relaxed to say what what difficulté t and what books I enjoyed. I decided I wanted to create a painting for our local library in Illinois.
