Audubon's Carolina Parakeet flock of birds in a burr bush. Vintage art reproduction of a John James Audubon original art print. This is plate twenty-six of Audubon's "Birds of America" series. This now extinct bird lived in the south eastern United States. The last know Carolina Parakeet died in captivity in 1914 and was declared extinct in 1938.
