Carl Larsson The Falun Home Poster

Carl Larsson (born 1853) is justifiably acclaimed as Sweden's greatest painter. A 20-minute trip from Falun will take you to a small village, Sundborn, Carl Larsson's home . Through Larsson's watercolor paintings of his own house, the grounds here have become known throughout Sweden. In the United States, reproductions of Larsson's watercolors, mainly of his wife, Karin, and their eight children, appear frequently on prints, calendars, and greeting cards. Larsson claimed in his memoirs that pictures of his family and home here "became the most immediate and lasting part of my life's work."

I love this picture and was excited to see it in 24x18". I was very disappointed in the print because it was extremely blurry. If the pixels were a problem for the larger size, it would have been helpful to know. I would not have ordered it this large. I was going to frame this for my mother, but the quality was not good enough for anything, but to be viewed from a VERY great distance.

Poster is printed clearly, good quality . Inclusive of many prints . The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
