Cancer Comfort Crew Fleece Blanket

I designed this blanket for a friend of mine that was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. As she was preparing for her fight to beat cancer I tried to think of the perfect gift to give her. I started researching appropriate gifts to give someone fighting cancer. Many people going through chemotherapy commented that the comfortable blanket that they took with them to their treatments was the most comforting thing they had during their treatment. My friend absolutely loves her dogs and I know they bring her so much comfort everyday so including her dogs on the blanket really made it that much more personal and special. My dogs and cats are pictured on this blanket but should be replaced with your own pets or loved ones. The background teal colour represents ovarian cancer but can be changed to show the cancer your loved one is fighting. The blue colour of the frames can also be changed, as can the dark blue border to better match the cancer colour you have chosen.
