This line was born out of a desire to lighten up someone's day when the situation is anything but light. I promise. When you are undergoing chemotherapy, or you've been called in for another scan because "we see something", something that comes in the mailbox that is NOT a hospital bill will make someone's week. I know it did mine. Card is blank inside. A simple "I'm sorry this is happening" will suffice.
