The watch is bright and shiny. It feels strong and durable. It is very appealing and attractive. The printed image appears clear. It is a perfect reminder for me to "Be Present" everywhere I go.

The personalization and the photo print on the face was perfect. However, I bought this as it was listed under women's...but, it came the same size as the men's watch that ordered. I called Zazzle. They were very understanding and more than willing to make me a happy customer...Explained that I should order a children's size, an then told me to keep this watch for no charge. And also since I bought the watches in a 50% off sale, they gave me a code to use for that same price for the watch I will buy to replace this one. I am VERY impressed with the customer service..and their willingness to accommodate my issue. I can say that I will be a return customer! The printing and the photo are perfect! Very clear!
