If you ever went to summer horse camp as a kid, you know how much fun it is. At Hidden Pond Farm Equine Rescue, we offer Camp Desperado, a summer day camp where kids learn about horses, horse care, and life on a farm. Desperado is a mischievous pony mule that has lived at the Rescue since we got him out of a kill pen several years ago. He’s quite a character, so we named our summer camp in his honor. All proceeds from the sales of these items go directly to support the horses at Hidden Pond Farm Equine Rescue, a registered non-profit in Brentwood, NH. I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
