The quality of the poster paper was fine, the colors were good. However, this print was blurry/grainy up close, as opposed to being a crisp image, so we chose not to use it in our office. It was most noticeable in the words. No, we were not at all satisfied with the image quality. It was blurry/grainy up close rather than being a crisp image. It was quite noticeable in the words. However, we were unaware of the return policy and missed the chance to get a refund.

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
