California Blue Dorid Nudibranch Throw Pillow
The California Blue Dorid Nudibranch, "Hypselodoris californiensis, ( Bergh, 1879 )", is one of the most beautiful sea creatures that could be found at the Easter Pacific Coast, being well known at the Monterey Bay area until Baja California. This sea slug lives in the rocky intertidal sea zone of the California area, showing a deep ultramarine blue dorsum that is arranged in vivid rows of yellow spots and having the margin of foot and dorsum is in lighter cobalt blue. Gills and rhinophores are coloured in very deep navy blue to black. It grows about 2.5" in length.
