Cadaqués Spain Postcard

Cadaqués is a stunning whitewashed town on a bay in the middle of the Cap de Creus peninsula in Catalonia. Once a remote fishing village, it became a magnet for famous artists, most notably Salvador Dalí, who lived in nearby Portlligat and was inspired by the town's unique light and rocky landscape. The town's narrow, winding streets are paved with slate and lined with white houses decorated with blue shutters and vibrant flowers. The Church of Santa Maria sits at the highest point, overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean and the rugged, volcanic coastline of the Costa Brava.
