The clock looks like the picture on the website and is very pretty. The one minor problem was that the hands on the clock came bent. The minute hand was bent out so that it blocked the second hand from going around. Suddenly I realized the time was wrong. Once I bent the minute hand back toward the clock, everything worked fine. My item did not have any printing.
