Street food is everywhere in Lima, Peru. This photo of a butifarra kiosk in my favourite park! The butifarra can be found all over the country, but the very best are made in the little kiosks in the park. Sliced roast pork, thinly sliced onions, mayo, aji (hot yellow peppers) sauce. Absolutely scrumptious Peruvian street food. Served on a huge french roll in a paper wrapper. Messy eating!
