Big cities and their lights are not really an issue in Idaho so night brings a brighter and more beautiful starry sky than in most places. Idaho even has three approved wine-grape growing regions. The state vegetable, as you might suspect, is the potato. The state horse is the Appaloosa and the state fish is the Cutthroat Trout. An amazing 63% of Idaho is public land which is particularly impressive as Idaho is the 13th largest state in the United States. This wonderful design pays homage to our amazing 43rd state.
