Burt The Bat, Animal Drawing Poster

My grandmother always called me a witch because I could never sleep during the new moon and was restless during the full moon. Like any stereotypical witch’s house we had bats in the attic once. When the wildlife relocater was asking us questions about the noises coming from the attic, he asked if we could describe the sound. In my sleep deprived state I answered, “Um, a gryphon?….” He went on to describe that the sounds I was hearing was probably them walking around, flapping their wings and sliding down the wall. Naturally, I envisioned a worn out bat returning home after a long night of foraging. Shaking his wings while waddling to his spot exhaustedly saying, “Boy, what a night.” *Yawn* only to miss his perch and drunkenly slide down the wall.
