When these were delivered the 'cards' and the envelopes were loose. Nothing to band them. Not wrapped. A sturdy type paper packing material. I'm honestly shocked that they were not damaged in shipping.
The first thing I noticed was how THIN they are. For 12.5pt and '110lb' these are more like magazine pages, not the card stock I thought I was getting.
Every single one was miscut. The front and back both have a white stripe along the edge.
This was not the quality I was expecting. I was expecting something without so much give. I'm at a loss because we need to send them out. I could have done this at home for much cheaper and better quality, but I was PAYING a company to do it for me so I wouldn't have to slave away doing it. I would think a company that specializes in this has industrial machines and could do this job on a mass production in an hour. But poor materials, poor processing and poor shipping.
Will not recommend Zazzle and will not be purchasing from again in the future. .
