I ordered 2 sets of the same card. One back in August and was amazing quality. I went to order the exact same ones again and was very displeased with the quality. It was paper like and not think at all. Felt like they were printed off from a computer copier :(. I reached out to customer service at zazzle on 12/22 after receiving my cards and they promised I would get new cards, it would take about 3 days to make them and I would get an updated shipping so I would get them shipped in 2-3 days. All together I was estimating about a week ish to get my cards but as of 1/18 I still have received no update at all about my cards other than the generic answer if they have no update to give yet. Very disappointed. .
