Fernando Botero Angulo (born 19 April 1932) is a Colombian figurative artist and sculptor, born in Medellín. His signature style, also known as "Boterismo", depicts people and figures in large, exaggerated volume, which can represent political criticism or humour, depending on the piece. He is considered the most recognized and quoted living artist from Latin America, and his art can be found in highly visible places around the world, such as Park Avenue in New York City and the Champs-Élysées in Paris.
The Museum of Antioquia (Museo de Antioquia) is an art museum in Medellín, Colombia. It houses a large collection of works by Medellín native Fernando Botero and Pedro Nel Gómez. It was the first museum established in Antioquia department and the second in Colombia. The museum is located in the centre of Medellín on the Botero Plaza near the Berrío Park metro station.

Firstly, I gave my mom a rescued bengal cat this past spring and I have been taking photos for her of her cat Maya. Instead of simply developing the photos and sending these to her by mail as we do not live close to one another, I let my imagination soar with Zazzle, added the best photos for the calender and added fun quotes to embelish each photo. Yes, it took time and a bit of effort, but if you had heard her intense delight to the calendar, gushing about the wuality of the print, the paper and how well made the calendar is, even her saying "not even one hundred dollars would not have made me happier than I am now. This is the perfect way to start my day and now I can show my cat to everyone when I leave the house!". I know she will bring it with her over the holidays to brag.
So if you are seeking an original gift, made with a bit of effort on your part if you plan ahead, I cannot think of a better way to do this. Make a calendar and let your imagination soar and surprise gift aomeone you care about! Beautifully printed, photos came out quite professional and the black and white print in my calendar is 100% quality.
