I use these binders as photo albums for my daughter, after I purchase inserts. I love the ability to choose a layout and customize to the way I want it. I had an issue one time with one binder (I now own 4 of various designs) where the inner seam was torn upon arrival and it was immediately replaced without hassle. The only reason my overall rating is a 4 is because the binders are a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. The printing looked great, the colors were very vibrant.
