Boho Blush Rust Monstera Floral 2 QR Code Wedding Tri-Fold Invitation

My invitations were printed upside down. When I tried to interact with customer service they said I would have to mail the invitations back and then they would send me new ones. I explained that due to time constraints I could not wait for them to be mailed back, reprinted and the shipped back to me again. After a lengthy exchange all that was offered was a small refund. I would have expected a company of this size to overnight me fixed and appropriate invitations (as this was a zazzle error and not an editing error on my part), and then I would have happily returned the incorrect ones. I will never use zazzle again for any printing needs. What a terrible customer service for a company that prides themselves on being a part of some of the biggest moments in people’s lives. .

Thrilled with the entire product. it met my expectations. Would like some color for the envelopes. White is too simple. Perfect. Just what we had asked for

A little nervous about ordering, but SO happy we did! Our wedding invites are absolutely beautiful! Would recommend! Great quality and extremely impressed! Will be ordering our thank you cards :)
