The invitations are lovely. However, when I placed my order, the expected delivery date was 3 to 5 days after shipping. My order shipped July 5, but I did not receive it until July 18th. I emailed and was told to be patient, that there were delays because of COVID. I MIGHT understand a delay of a day or two, but not ten days. Furthermore, if delays are to be expected, then the site should say so and say that delays of up to 10 days are to be expected. In getting ready for the luncheon I am hosting, I also have ordered many other items from Amazon or other vendors. No other order I have placed has been the subject of a 10 day delay and, in fact, Amazon orders come within 2 days - no problem. I am not buying the COVID delay excuse, and would think Zazzle needs to reconsider who is providing their shipping. The colors are exactly as shown. The paper is heavy and feels luxurious. I have no complaints with the product, but only with the delivery process.

Best feature is how customizable it is. We were able to incorporate our own graphics to best represent our wedding theme and colours. The card's sale price is good (less than $1.10 CAD each) and we got both sides printed. The quality of the paper surpasses our expectations; we are very happy with the thickness, texture and matte finish which makes it appear more professional than the standard thinner glossy postcard style that is so often used for wedding invitations these days. The print quality is good. The only thing we are not impressed by is with how dark the professional photographer's pictures printed. It is possible this is due to the original pictures and not necessarily the printing process, but they did print darker than anticipated.
