Blue White Willow Animal Nature Whimsical Design Calendar

A whimsical calendar for nature and animal lovers, or for anyone who loves blue and white decor and pottery and dinnerware! "Isle of Animals" ("I love animals!") features original adaptations of antique Blue Willow dish patterns, in cobalt blue on crisp white. The islands are populated with my unique animal paintings, each decorated with stylized floral motifs inspired by antique Blue Willow, Delft, Dedham and oriental chinoiserie pottery. Each month features an island filled with stylized foliage, little temples or pagodas, and a different set or combination of animals. There's the Isle of Deer, Isle of Rabbits, Isle of Birds, Isle of Butterflies, Isle of Turtles, Isle of Lucky Cats, Isle of the Chinese Zodiac and more. There are also flying phoenix birds and spouting whales. My hand painted Blue Willow dish border adds traditional flair to each panel. The year can be customized to suit any year; easy to do using the text template and edit menu. A great kitchen or office accessory and a nice Christmas gift for the upcoming year.
