I received this photo frame and it was damaged because the bubble yellow parcel bag was damaged too. Although I received the replacement (new photo frame) the corners of the photo frames were scratched a little bit because the bubble yellow parcel bag was damaged as well. I am quite disappointed. I had been ordered those photo frames from Zazzle couple times and those photo frames were shipped in the boxes, so they were protected very well. I think I won't purchase anymore products from Zazzle anymore because they use the yellow bubble bags for shipping right now and it is not goid enough to protect the products.
