Blue Moroccan Print 1.5" Recipe Binder

I wanted a recipe binder that was functional and would look nice on my counter, but I couldn't find one that I really liked. So, I decided to create my own with a Moroccan print I loved and the colour scheme I was looking for. I loved how the design turned out so much that I wanted to share it in case others would like it! I will be doing some other colour schemes with this pattern as well, and also hope to find some other nice patterns to use.
