Blue Japanese Festival Happi Coat Ornament

This hanging ornament is a classic blue happi coat, an outer jacket worn for festivals in Japan. The Japanese kanji character "matsuri," which means "festival," appears in red with a white outline, and an interlocking chain pattern appears in white along the bottom. In between is a space to add your own name, or you can delete the text for just the plain happi coat pattern.
